The weight loss myths busters are saying that you can split your exercises routine in 2 sessions of 15 minutes and you will gain the same benefits and many researches proved it.

*  If you’re a vegetarian you are healthier.

Vegetarians do eat fewer calories but they also can gain weight by choosing high fat foods with little nutritional value.

*  If you’re controlling your food intake you don’t need an exercise routine.

If you want to lose weight or to maintain it an exercise routine will be good for you because it will increase your muscular mass and will decrease your fat stores.
