* 6 free range egg yolks

* 16 fl oz fat free or skimmed milk

* ¼ tsp cornflower

* Artificial sweetener

 

Preparation:

* take the corn flower and add it over the egg yolks and stir

* Add the milk into a pan and place it over the fire. Sweeten the milk with whatever you want and add some vanilla

* when the milk is hot add the eggs over it and continue to stir

* put the mixture into a big bowl or small ones

* put the mixture into the refrigerator

 

Hot chocolate for the Dukan diet recipes:

Ingredients:

* 1 heaped tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder

* 1 heaped tablespoon of fat free or skimmed milk powder

* artificial sweetener

* 1 mug of fat free or skimmed milk

 

Preparation:

* Add the cocoa powder and the powder milk into a mug.

* with the help of a whisk of spoon mix the ingredients until you get a smooth paste with the help of some liquid milk

* once you have a smooth paste add the rest of the milk and stir until you get an even consistency

* Place the mug into the microwave for about 2 minutes. You need to heat the mixture in order to get the hot chocolate

* Take the mug out and sweeten to taste. We recommend that you use honey because it is healthier than sugar
