When you choose to lose weight you have to think that losing it quickly will probably cause a “hanging” skin. People who lose weight too fast have this type of problem. So the best thing for you is to lose 2 pounds per week and you will surely not have this issue. By losing only 2 pounds per week your skin won’t lose the elasticity.

The age is another problem for “hanging” skin. People who lose weight and are also elder will surely have this problem because their skin is losing its’ elasticity with the age.

Overweight is another problem that might cause “hanging” skin for all the people who lose weight. If you’ve been overweight for a long period of time than your chances to have this problem are rising.

The excess skin problem is not a common problem for the people who lose weight but you see, this can’t be predicted. Only time will make you see if you’re lucky or not. These kinds of things vary from a person to other and you will see this problem only when you will have it.

Surgery is the only solution of this problem. If you don’t have any medical problem caused by the “hanging” skin you can skip this surgery, but if you want to look your best you can take a shot and do it.
