How to Do a 1 Week Detox Diet Plan

We are going to teach you how to do a 1 week detox diet plan to revigorate your body by eliminating all the toxins that have built up in there. This type of diet has become very popular in the last couple of years because it really works. If you have some extra weight or if you are stressed and tired all the time the detox diet plan will help you. We are going to present to you how each diet day should look.

* Day 1: This day is dedicated entirely to vegetables and fruit juices. The entire day you should drink only juices made out of vegetables or fruit. Because we are talking about a diet you should only drink fresh juices because the other ones are full of sugar.  The first day is the hardest because you can only drink juice.

* Day 2: One the second day you should introduce some potatoes into your diet. Potatoes are full of potassium which our body needs. You should only serve them boiled or baked.

* Day 3: The third day is dedicated to rice. Boil some water without salt and add the rice. Boil the rice and divide it into four portions. You should eat a portion of rice every two hours. If you do not like eating plain rice you can add some vegetable soup or tomatoes to make it taste better.

* Day 4: the fourth days you should only eat fruits. You can have a slice of bread and a half an ounce of cheese at breakfast but for the rest of the day you should only eat fruits. You can eat what type of fruit you want except bananas.

* Day 5: today is dedicated to pasta. At breakfast you can have a slice of bread, some butter and a boiled egg but for the rest of the day you can only eat pasta. You can eat what kinds of pasta you want just do not add things that are fattening.

* Day 6: On the sixth day you can only eat veggies. You can have a breakfast similar to the one from day 5 but for the rest of the day you should eat about two pounds of veggies.

* Day 7: On the last day you can eat meat but it has to be low fat. You should eat fish, beef or chicken. You can try some healthy soup recipes with one of these types of meat; they are easy to do and you can add lots of veggies. However, healthy soup recipes have to be lean, so use meat without fat and add lots of green vegetables.

This is how to do a 1 week detox diet plan and as you can see it is not so hard. During this entire period you should drink a lot of water.
